Organizing my production music flow

I want to set myself up for sponteneity and improvisation
- Ableton lets me plug interfaces and play
- But I would also like to use TidalCycles to improvise
- I would like to continue using Ableton for creating and manipulating samples
I need a way to move samples between these two systems in some frictionless way
Ableton projects have a weird sample organization system that is at odds with the way Tidal/Supercollider reads paths
Maybe write a bash script that moves samples before each project?
